More recently Morgan Dakin has moved into Building and Renovation projects. Whether you require a total renovation project, a new kitchen or extension. Morgan Dakin Build will undertake the entire project through to completion with our emphasis being, as with all our projects, to deliver quality and sympathetic work whilst ensuing you have a relaxed and informed experience.

Contract

For peace of mind all our Building and Renovation works are carried out under the security of a FMB Construction Contract. Our policy is that all works to be undertaken will be detailed and agreed in advance.

It is our policy to discuss any variations as the project commences and that no significant changes will take place without your written consent and agreement. This should give you total confidence and ensure no unexpected surprises once the contact is completed.
